How to Book

Always book directly with us to ensure the best prices.

Deposits & Cancellations

We normally do not require a deposit to secure your stay, but we do require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking. 

In the unlikely event that your room is double booked, we will aim to secure alternative accommodation in or as near to Menai Bridge as possible. If the alternative price is more than the price quoted to stay at Maen Hir, we will pay the difference.

Check in & Departures

Check in is between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm and if an earlier check in is required, please give 24 hour notice. Check out is between 6.00 am and 10.30 am.

How to Pay

We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment. Please note we do not accept cheques. Payment is taken on the last day of your stay and you can settle your bill by debit/credit card or cash.

Smoking

We have a no smoking policy throughout Maen Hir Guest House.

Pets

We have a pet free policy in operation at the Guest House.

Other charges that may apply

If there is neglectful damage to our rooms or their contents, we may apply a charge  - coffee, tea or alcoholic spillages, fake tan or make-up which cannot be removed through our normal laundry service or damage to the fixtures and fittings will incur a charge.
